Geek Squad did a tremendous job for us!!!

They communicated with us and kept us up to date on their arrival, they were there when they told us they would be, and they were very patient and friendly. We could not have asked for a better installation.

Two tries to get a tv paired to the remote.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m only giving a 4 because when the installers came out the first time, the tv would turn on but that was it. The installer told me it’s the remote and I had to go back to Best Buy (40 miles away) and they’d switch it out. I got another remote and the same thing. Best Buy came out again two weeks later with a new tv but all they had to do was pair it to the tv. A 5 minute fix. I feel they should have made sure on the first delivery that when they left I had an operable tv but I didn’t. Also, for the customer to have to go back and exchange a part is inexcusable.
