The agents were obviously very experienced pros and did a wonderful job in an amazingly short time.

Jose and Shane were excellent in every aspect! They were on time, and they took their time in making sure of finding the studs on the wall. They also were very patient with me on guiding me through the functions of the TV. Plus, they removed all the debris. Very professional and friendly!

Have had several TVs mounted on the walls of my home. The Geek Squad does an excellent job in presenting options and the installation.

Chad and his helper were very professional and knowledgeable of the task at hand.

The agents worked quickly and did a good job installing the tv mount. The extra cost of the Best Buy mount was slightly overpriced as compared to ordering the same mount elsewhere.

Friendly courteous and excellent customer service provided by the installer I received a call prior to arrival during installation and after placement of our wall mount and TV Also the Technician offered additional information on better WiFi performance

Best Buy always comes thru for me when I need them. The install of my new tv was fast and efficient and believe me, they knew what they were doing.

Excellent communication prior to delivery. Two techs arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The set up was clear as they explained steps for use and answered all my questions.

Honestly was going to try and mount the tv myself but decided to go with Best Buy. Have to admit they did an amazing job mounting the tv. Gave me recommendations and an idea of where and how the tv would look based on my setup. The guys who came out were great and professional. They even took the box and packaging with them so I didn't have to worry about the clean up! That allowed me to jump straight into watching this beautiful 4K tv as soon as they left. Highly recommend.

Alexis was very professional, friendly and thorough. He was so patient, thoughtful and clear when he was giving me instructions about my new TV. I'm a retired educator and, and Alexis reminded me the excellent teachers I met during my career. He'd make an excellent teacher!
