The installers were friendly and helpful as we discussed optimal placement for where I wanted the tv mounted. They asked great questions about how I would have the room set up since my furniture had not arrived yet. They were able to answer questions I had and walked me through the operating system on the tv and should me how to properly adjust the mounts pivot, tilt and swivel features.

Good installation of my 85" TV

They took the time to measure and help assess where the best location on the wall for proper viewing. The one disappointment was their inability to run the power and cable wires down behind the wall. They said they didn't have the materials necessary to do this but prior to the appointment I call on two occasions to confirm this would be done.
