Unfortunately the issue has been with the TV and sound bar (twice) and it appears unfixable so we are dealing with adjusting settings nearly every time we turn the units on.

Installed my television courteously.

Said if i had any other problems they would come back to help. Called for help with setting up channels, which got confusing between the Amazon and ROKU billing and sining in to apps that are free on Anazon but being charged by Roku.. im not tech savy, im old, frustrated, and did not like reaching out for help and being told i dont qualify for home service. I also bought the protection plan and Geek squad plans. Too little human contact when i called for help.

Installed TV but damaged furniture

However, they dropped a tool on a piece of furniture—which I had offered to move out of the way, but they declined—which cracked the wood finish. They mentioned repeatedly how they were in a rush to finish their day as I was one of their last appointments. If they weren’t in such a rush and took their time, maybe they wouldn’t have damaged my furniture.
