Even though they did not carry the TV mount that I needed I was able to find one they installed it hooked up the TV everything is perfect.

The geek squad was very professional in doing their job and they will give theit opinion on what is best and ask you on your judgement.

The team did a good job of mounting my 85 inch television to the wall. I have had no problems with the TV mounting set up. However, I also bought a mounting rack for my sound bar and they did not know how to set it up properly. the sound bar just recently fell to the ground, but BEST BUY sent another tech out to repair it. Found out I was sold the wrong size sound bar mount.

I was very happy with the install your guys did a good job. The showed me how to work everything prior to them leaving.

Amato (?) mounted the NEW TV to replace the OLD TV. The TV works for connecting with WiFi and giving us YouTub, tubi, Roku, etc., but it does NOT receive broadcast TV through the flat screen antenna we had bought from BestBuy. The Tv may be worth a 5, but because it does not receive the broadcast channels well, I will give it a 1 until GeekSquad fixes it.

The install from Bestbuy went smoothly, fast, and professional. Was impressed by how effortlessly he did it . Most importantly he was on time.

Technicians arrived within scheduled time; they were polite; TV was mounted at the height I specified; they did not leave a mess; and it appeared that they did an excellent job. However, recently when I went to add a device to the TV, I had to pull the TV out from the wall to plug in the device, at that point, I realized that out of the four bolts that were used to mount the wall mount that only three were installed. I noticed this because one corner of the mount was not flush to the wall. After feature investigation, I could tell that the whole they drilled was misaligned so they did not screw in the bolt. Also, I asked them to put the bolts in the slot on the mount that allow you to slide it from right to left they did not do that. Next time, I will be sure to inspect any mounting before they actually put the TV on it.

James from Mastec was superior. I would recommend him for any kind of job. He has a great attitude and he is very competent, able and professional.
