Very professional and tidy work. The technician has knowledge about what was the ask and how it has to be fixed.

THE INSTALL WAS GOOD,PERFECT VIEW OVER THE FIREPLACE,OVER PRICED BUT SATISFIED WITH THE END PRODUCT,COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB ON THE WIRING.

Once we were able to get actual Geek Squad installers to the house, things were great. Even though specifically asked not to send third party installers, that's what happened with the original appointment. The in store people were amazing at getting that rectified. They really jumped through hoops and got things set up right. Second appointment was great. The Geek Squad installers did an amazing job with the in-wall installation and mounting of a 75" TV. They were professional, courteous, and did an amazing job.

The guys were nice and very efficient at setting up our TV and sound bar on our kitchen wall. It took them very little time to install it all.

The agents was very friendly, informative and took pride in keeping the area clean and tidy. They mounted my TV fast and was very patient when I changed the placement of the TV after they showed me the outline of my original placement. They took the time to inform me how things would look with the wall Outlet I purchased elsewhere. I didn’t quite get the right one so I had to purchase one of theirs and although it was at a discount rate it still was cheaper than having an electrician out.

They came in and set up my TV'S and i definitely will call them again for any mounting issues.

I have always had a good experience with geeksquad mounting the tvs with the exception in one case. This experience was positive.

The folks that recommended and came out to help us get this done knew what they were doing and did a great job. I would use them again.

Good install, techs made minor errors, connected to HDMI ports 2&3 after I requested 3&4, additionally second tech went through setup screens on the TV without me. I had to factory reset the TV to change items to how I wanted it set up. Otherwise I was very satisfied with their work.

We had the Geek Squad set up our Samsung. They did a wonderful job, answered all of our questions, showing us how to set the TV, cudos to the Geek Squad.

The Geek squad personnel were on time, very professional, and cleaned up and disposed of all debris. The area was as clean as before they arrived, thanks!!

75 in TV wall mounted with in wall wiring and with sound bar. Neat job guys cleaned up knew what they were doing. I am very happy.

Mark Gautier called in advance of arrival. He and his assistant Percy assessed the situation and made recommendations how to proceed. Mark kept my wife and I informed as they were moving forward and explained the use of the TV and accessories once completed. A pleasure to work with.

The agent was great. He installed a 42 inch TV in my master bedroom.
