They came in, installed in a timely matter and they were out. Tanya the manager of the Madison, TN Best buy store was phenomenal in handling the issue I was having in receiving the tv stand.

Was a little hesitant as I thought it would be too high. I am enjoying having the extra room in the living room . The placement works well with my furniture placement. The installer arrived as scheduled and had the job completed quickly.
