They were professional and courteous. I would have liked a little more instructions/explanations of the functions of the TV though.

He went the extra mile to pick up a replacement TV as the first TV he brought was damaged (not noticeable from the packaging). Dustin completed the installation in a timely manner, made sure all connected equipment worked and explained the operation of the product. He removed the old TV and packaging. He is a very kind, courteous and knowledgeable person.
