Great installers and technicians, not knowledgable

Except they did not know how to care and clean my 2022 Frame TV screen which is special and because of their directions my screen was further damaged! I want to give them 5 stars but after my $4500 TV looks like a $100 TV I feel terrible about following their suggestions.
