Nice, quick and easy, they were in and out!!! Perfect job fellas love the TV better picture than I thought

The Geek Squad set this up in no time. The extend and tilt functions make it so easy to connect wifi, DVD player, Cable box, etc. It's a strong and "clean" way to attach a TV to a wall.

The agents were very professional and set up everything the right the first time.

Ruben came from geek squad to set up my new Samsung tv and mount it. He took the time to organize all of my wires on my audio stand. When he went to mount my tv he realized I over purchased and bought a mount that was not necessary for the location of the tv which in turn saved me money. He also set everything up and connected all of my boxes to the tv. He then explained everything to me so I could just start watching without having to go through any manuals. I would recommend Ruben to set up anyone’s electronic needs.

Cody and Clinton were very professional. They removed our old TV and mounted our new LG flat screen which had been delivered via FED EX. Unfortunately, during shipping the TV screen broke. So, Cody located another TV that was in stock and came back within an hour to complete the installation.

The agents hooked up all divices to TV and were aware of 6' rule and cleaned up after installation. Very happy camper

Geek squad arrived on time and installed my tv and connected all of my devices. Walked me through all of the features and made sure everything was working correctly before they left. Even helped with our ring doorbell even though it wasn't purchased at best buy,

First man not much effort was made. In all fairness to him tv was too large for one person to unmount . They were supposed to send two people to begin with it was clearing noted on order and they only sent one . If they would have sent two the first time it would have been a 5 star . Second installers were very good.
