I was impressed with their ability to determine what the situation was, and then get creative to deal with the situation. In the end, all the stress of the order/delivery of items in the order itself, Geek Squad took it on and made me a happy camper in the end by getting it done. Thanks

Great Service

Quick and professional service. They cleaned up the saw dust from their drilling into the wall. Even members of my own household don't do that. An awesome experience. And so quickly performed I wondered why I'd even contemplate doing it myself or having a family member do it. Best Buy/Geek Squad techs know what they are doing. Will definitely use their services again. Only positive things to say about this service.
