Excellent work wall mounting a Samsung frame tv

I had ordered a wall box to mount the control box of the frame tv but it was too big for the space behind the tv. JJ came back after a week to make sure that the control box was properly installed after I ordered a smaller box.

Great when they are there!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everyone was extremely polite. They tackled a complex install that took a couple visits. My only complaints would be that if they couldn’t finish the job, we had to reschedule and wait weeks in between each visit to get the project finished. Also, communication in between was lacking and if you call geek squad you get sent to a call center out of the country that are pretty much a waste of your time!

Professional, Friendly, & Knowledgeable

Each time I/we were excited and eager for their help. And each time it was better than we hoped and more all inclusive. Each tech eagerly shared their knowledge and got us up to speed quickly.

Installation of TV Mount

The mount is very substantial & tilts forward so I can see the TV without cranking my neck. The installers were efficient & respected my home. They did an excellent & professional job & I'm very happy with the work they completed.
