I bought a Sony 65" UHD 4K TV with a 3 tiered metal/glass stand. I had the Best Buy guys come over to hook it all up as there was a separate cable TV box and Blu-Ray player along with my Audio system that needed to be connected. These guys put the stand together and then mounted the TV and all the other components and wired it up fantastically so you can't see any wires and then set the TV up and demonstrated everything worked perfectly. These guys did a professional install and in a timely manner.

Geek Squad setup was fabulous the store on the other hand left hand does not know it's right hand is doing received our order a month late ask for some consideration or compensation got no reply

The Geek Squad that installed and mounted my 75 and 55 inch tv’s were absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable. I was able to keep my surround sound setup with a receiver upgrade, they figured out the wires and it sounds great! I am very pleased with the outcome.

Technicians arrived promptly after first giving me a call. They took all precautions and follow protocol due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The mounting of the TV wall bracket went smoothly without any problems. After the TV was mounted the tech showed me how to use the remote and explained the different functions of the remote. I'm satisfy with the installation and the professional way that the Geek Squad handle this project. Thank you.

Originally went for an LG model but ended up with the Sony. very happy with it so far. Great picture

The agents were totally professional and personable. They not only installed the new television and sound bar but also moved the old television to a new location and installed. During installation they discovered that there was a serious wiring problem. They had to rewire the whole wall area for safety reasons. They accomplished all this effectively and efficiently. The GEEK squad not only setup the new sets but perhaps saved my life!
