Easy as pie

I moved into a new home and needed to install several TVs and thermostats so I put the Geeks to work. No disappointments. The clearer you are with your uses of the Sevices after install, the more helpful the agent will be with getting you ready to use it the second they walk out. They can program your remotes. They will connect you to WiFi. They will help you setup you app credentials. I know they have some limits but if you ask, you will likely get.

Geek squad mounted my televisions in style!

They even assisted me when I fell outside and "kissed the concrete" with my teeth. Calm under pressure! Appreciated them returning to hand the TV in the living room. So professional and the more veteran tech, was really collaborative with the more recently hired worker. Appreciated professionalism and the work completed. So glad I paid for the technical assistance.

Great install experience

They packed it all back up, ordered me a new one & rescheduled install. Guy was super nice. Not his fault that TV had an invisible break
