The team sent to wall mount the tv were fantastic! Shipping delay for the mount was an unfortunate occurrence since I purchased the TV, the mount and the install all at the same time. The TV arrived with the installers, but for some reason the mount was shipped via FedEx. The installers arrived on time and were ready to go, but still no mount. After 30 mins, I felt horrible for the installers because it was not their fault and I was about to have to reschedule but luckily the mount arrived. They knocked the install out super quickly and were extremely friendly and understanding!

The agents were friendly and very careful with both the TV and my new home and furniture. They installed the wall mount, TV, cable and blu-ray player quickly and efficiently and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciated the time they spent showing me and hubby the use of the TV and blu-ray remotes as we upgraded from a 12 yr old one to this Smart tv that frankly does more than we ever expected. I'm glad that I can call on the Geek Squad about any questions I have in future as well.

The Geek Squad was great and well worth the $99 special that was part of my tv purchase special. They mounted my tv, ran the wires thru the wall, ( with purchase of some add-ones, wire kit and mount). They were there for a few hours, answered all my questions, went over everything about the tv and didn’t leave until done. These large tv’s with mini led’s are heavy and would be a challenge for most to hang. I recommend the install to eliminate damaging an expensive tv like an 85” mini led. Great investment.

The 2 guys that came to set up mount and tv were excellent. They were very pleaseant and knowledgeable. They were very quick. Before leaving they made sure we were satisfied with everything. They were the Best!!

Both techs did a great job installing my television and answering my questions. However, the appointment scheduling process has become terrible at BestBuy. Two examples here. The television haul away was separated from the television install and remote set up. This caused confusion, because nobodody pays for a haul away without getting a new tv. Second, my initial appointment was moved from Tuesday to whenever because they couldn’t find the television. No phone call for scheduling or mistake was given, all communication was a AI base text for “me” to reschedule. Lastly the 12 hour appointment window does not work for your customers. 4 hours from when appointment was set up, not 12. Because Best Buy doesn’t provide world class customer experience any longer, I will pursue other options for next time

The two agents who showed up on time called me before they got here I am on the 7th floor in my building I did not know if I had metal or wood studs so they brought a mount with them just in case it Turned out they were wood so they installed my full motion TV mount they did an excellent job very clean and knowledgeable about the products they install

Installation was completed on Tuesday August 3, 2021 with 3 Geek Squad installation technicians and did a good professional job. In my opinion this TV is currently state of the art, very pricey but you get what you pay for. So far, this TV is all it says it is, I like the flush wall mount, the only thing is the LG engineers could have put more thought on the wiring bracket harnesses on the back of the TV that support the wires, I had to recommend to the Geek Squad techs and used a 6 inch piece of my duct tape to hold the wires in place while mounting my TV Flush to the wall. This TV comes with a pattern of the TV where you decide and it should be mounted on your wall, I had to have mine remounted lower, and had to make another appointment and wait 2 weeks for my installation remount. The Geek Squad technicians in the first installation didn’t leave me the wall pattern, make sure you tell the Geek Squad installation Techs you want this pattern and save it if you need your TV to be remounted to your specifications. I have to use 3 remotes: 1 for the TV, 1 for my home theater system and 1 for my cable/satellite system. The LG engineers should put more thought to combine and use 1 remote to run Everything, All 3 systems on my TV. With today’s very powerful micro-processor chips I’m sure the LG engineers can fix this. I do not want to use an off the shelf universal remote that costs $100 and takes 1 hour to download the required software to use it. So far, I am very happy with the performance of my G1, I will post more in the coming weeks if requested.

Two ladies showed up to remove my old tv from the wall mount and dispose of it along with the old wall mount. Then the ladies mounted a new wall bracket and installed my new tv. Also they connected my new soundbar. They also organized and managed all of the wires and cables sonit was neat. These ladies did an amazing job. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were very thorough and went over and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and to my liking. They also assisted me with any help or questions that I had. I have never been so happy with someone coming to my home to install and set up electronics or equipment. I also wish to have these ladies help me in the future with new purchase. Also being a Total Tech member I have peace of mind of knowing if anything goes a miss they are here to help and repair items. With no out of pocket costs to me. I am also covered for any new deliveries to my home and any installations and extras are also included. It's worth every penny.

The “squad” that came to install my 85” TV did a fantastic job. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. I will never try to install anything myself again when Geek Squad can do it much better and faster.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Geek Squad, I needed a TV wall bracket mounted, they cane on time (even though my house is hard to find) they contacted me to ask for directions. They were very professional, friendly and thorough. As one was installing the other was right behind cleaning up. I was impressed with how fast they were able to install the wall mount. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Geek squad came over and installed my 65 inch Sony TV using one of the Sanus wall mount units. The 2 gents were on time, very courteous and efficient. They asked us where we wanted the location of the TV. Installed the bracket. They unboxed the TV, installed it and rant the setup menu. They also repackaged all the excess material and took it away. No mess whatsoever was left. All in all very happy with the service and the way my TV looks in my family room.
