The Geek Squad set up two TV's, made sure 4K/Blue Ray player was hooked up and my Apple TV. Answered all questions. Bundled all wires/cables together Neat and Clean! Showed me how to use and access all my equipment. Labeled items on my screen so they are easy to find. I can not say enough on the Excellent job Geek Squad did! We are done with private Home Theater companies and will be using Best Buy Geek Squad all the time!

Geek Squad were professional and great to work with. The mounted my Tv's set up my receivers and surround systems. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up and took all the boxes with them.

The two agents were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their job. Lead agent patiently explained how and what he was doing, then they both demonstrated all we needed to know to enjoy it.

The geek squad employees were very fast and resourceful in their installation. This was especially laudable given the incorrect scheduling. Their work order only mentioned putting the TV on the wall mount though I had clearly requested hook up of audio, DVD player and update of Harmony remote. My experience with scheduling the TV hook up has been very frustrating. First I called to arrange this, and stayed on the phone for 90 minutes with transfers from several people who appear not to know what they were doing. I finally talked to a man who seem to know what he was doing and he scheduled me first for an in-home consult. This delayed completion of the task but I thought that would be good to be sure that I have everything needed for the hook up. The in-home assessor was very pleasant but said that she was mis-scheduled and only provided a little new info. She apparently incorrectly scheduled the hook up visit. I started this process in mid August and it took a month to complete. I have had good experiences in the past with scheduling so this experience was disappointing. I got the impression that there is some disarray at Best Buy right now. I hope you will get your act together since overall I like your company. .

Rhe television squadcame promptly, mounted a tv i needed mounted in the room. They were thorough and used the proper tecqnique to assure they mounted into studs in the wall. Great work. Fast and easy. Will use again.

I highly recommend this product for the installation of any large screen T.V. The technicians were very professional and the service was amazing. They showed up on time as scheduled and properly mounted the T.V. to the wall. They cleaned everything up and hauled off my old T.V. and all the boxes.

The agents who came in to install and mount the television did an awesome job of connecting all my devices and providing information. They were careful to leave things in place, they are fast and very professional, Greta job guys!

I purchased an Insignia 43" TV. The techs who came out to have it mounted and set up did a great job, and were very friendly. Had the complete installation to my receiver been less expensive, I would have purchased that as well. I am very disappointed that this TV does not come with a hard copy user guide. I've no clue what all it can do, nor do I know how to connect the TV to the receiver so I can hear the TV through my speakers. I have the optical cable, but when I try to "Add Equipment," it always gives me an error message. I've called Insignia for help, and was on the phone almost an hour. I called Geek Squad twice. They didn’t know the answer, and just told me to make an appt ($129??) to have them come out and hook it all up. Over all, I'm happy with the initial service, but not the price to get it fully installed.

They did a good job of mounting the 85-inch TV to my wall as well as cleaning up after they were done. I wish they had mounted the TV a little closer to the soundbar, so there isn't a gap where you can see some wires.

The agents were on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They unpacked and mounted the TV on my wall. They made sure everything was working properly and answered all my questions.

The Geek Squad did an awesome job mounting mounting our 70 inch TV. The TV is level and spaced perfectly on the wall. The mount moves easily. They were outstanding on the cleanup. No dust, took all the boxes, etc.

Best Buy needs to get rid of Install Inc affiliation. I waited over 7 hours for my install team to arrive, 4 hours past the arrival window, and they didn’t install it centered or at the height I asked for. Thankfully Geek Squad came and corrected the errors. I recommend ALWAYS calling to request Geek Squad - you can’t book them with the online scheduling. Highly professional, arrived on time, and fixed everything for me quickly and exactly the way I asked. Couldn’t recommend more!

Michael and Abraham were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They installed, set up and explained everything to us in a way that were we comfortable. Would give them 10 stars plus.

My installer, Kirk, arrived earlier than the time quoted. He and his assistant did an amazing job properly mounting my Bravia 8 to my living room wall using a Sanus mount I had previously purchased. They were both extremely professional and had answers for every question I had during the whole process. I recommend them wholeheartedly for anyone looking to get their tv mounted safely and securely!

Team was knowledgable and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. Even readjusted some things after the TV was installed. They pulled it back down, made adjustments, and put it back up. No issues, and they were very friendly.
