Everything was good up to the installation day. Good communication good price, however, due to an increasingly poor national work ethic, the installer's helper did not show up so the installation wasn't done. Fortunately, my buddy was able to come over and we installed the wall mount and installed the 75" TV ourselves. Turned out great and probably for the better since you never know who's actually going to show up to do the work. Although the Geek Squad seemed to be all good otherwise.

I believe this was for the mounting on a floor stand that I provided, and delivery of the Best Buy Brand 55 inch TV and set-up. I have five TV’s in my home, and three have been purchased (Samsungs) mounted and set up by Best Buy. Being a total tech member makes the transactions go smoothly and efficient.

The two delivery guys were great! They removed my old tv and mount and did a great job centering the new 75” tv and mount to the studs for proper installation.

After installation i had trouble with optical connector the Tv would play, the 8k picture was great, colors were vibrant and really enjoyable. But the issue with the HDMI connector continued until i went out to Best Buy and dicussed with the Sales staff and since the time period from installation and these connecter incidents was so closed they replaced all the equipment. I tgought this was great customer service I also later included the TV into my Samsung account which made the performance even better. Been a Samsung customer for years. (2023 Ultra, and several smaller flat screen TVs)

Daniella and her associate made installing my SONY TV so very stress free. They were very quickly and efficient, and having to connect both DirecTV and DISH receiver boxes, they made it possible for us to accommodate both TV outlets. And when they were done, they were nice enough to tutor us, as to how to turn-on each available satellite unit along with the DVD player.

Simply the Best (in Midwest Lingo) - Wicked Awesome (in Boston Lingo) - The two Techs called to see if I still wanted their service, hours after their scheduled window for delivery and setup. They had an extended day of doing things for customers that wasn't planned. When they arrived, they scoped the wall, the old TV, and took pictures of how the components around the entertainment area were setup. They unpacked, wipe clean the new TV, and before you could say, "The Geek Squad is the Best (Buy)" [See what I did there?], my new TV was up and running with all components properly attached and running. While one Tech was cleaning up, the other taught me the new clicker and what it could do. Five stars aren't enough for what they went through and accomplished!

Agent Minerva and Jaylen did an excellent job of installing the wall mount and setting up the TV. They were both professional and effective in completing the tasks at hand and in their interactions with me. I also very much appreciated the clear up-front communication from Minerva on their eta. and project timing. I would not hesitate in utilizing the Geek Squad in the future after this experience.

We opted for the white glove service with installation. The Geek Squad did an outstanding job! They were able to mount our 85inch Frame TV in the exact location to our specifications - way better and more efficiently than I could have done myself. They measured very carefully and precisely, and were extremely professional. Would highly recommend this service.

The agents installed our TV and connected it to our existing cable box and DVD player. This was a 75 inch TV, and we had them mount it to the wall. They were done pretty quickly. Make sure if you purchase another device at the same time, such as a new soundbar, you need to pay an additional fee to have the new sound bar installed with the TV. I thought I had, but I must have overlooked it at checkout. Geek Squad has aways been very professional, and they take away the empty boxes for you if you want.

The agents mounted our tv and did a good job. They took the time to measure. The tv went on a very large wall and they took the time to make sure it was centered properly. They even asked at what height we wanted the tv placed. The only issue we had was with customer service over the phone scheduling the appointment. We made it clear that we also wanted Geek Squad to hide the wires behind the tv. Customer service never relayed that to Geek Squad. So when they showed up they didn’t have the required parts so we had to wait an additional 2 weeks to have that kit delivered and installed. All in all it worked out and it looks great. When speaking to customer service, have them repeat what you’re having done so there is no confusion.

They did a good job of mounting the 85-inch TV to my wall as well as cleaning up after they were done. I wish they had mounted the TV a little closer to the soundbar, so there isn't a gap where you can see some wires.

The Geek Squad people were very knowledgeable and tried very hard to get the installation accomplished. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups and they had to return a couple of times. But it's all working well now and we love the results.

Victor is worth his weight in gold! He was very professional in his installation. He was knowledgeable and took his time in explaining how to use the different features of the TV as well as with my cable box.

Excellent install and service, these guys really know what they are doing and helped to trouble shoot and offer alternative solutions.

I had a contractor come to my home and do instillations 2 times. He was very friendly, efficient, explained everything he was doing, and even came back on his own time to fix an issue that we had. He worked really hard to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone in the Central Mo Area.

The installation was flawless and that was the key to me and my wife as we are both handicapped. The two young men that came out, I'm sorry I don't remember their names off hand. They did a Flawless installation without a single mark on the blood dark red wall that it mounts on. All it takes is a bump to disturb the color. What was important was after being shown how to operate the new smart TV it was hard to absorb everything at once. And about the time I was going to call back to the young men that did the installation they called me to see if I was having any problems or concerns. Much to my surprise they had an opening in time the following day and volunteered to come back out and go through it with me again. In this day and time it's hard to find anyone that follows up that well with their service. So the young men from The Geek Squad in Morehead City North Carolina are an outstanding voice for The Geek Squad here. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

The two team members who showed up as they promised on time and did the job quickly. Due to the size of the TV this was money well spent to make sure I didn't do anything I would regret later in trying to wall mount this tv.

Installers took my previous tiv down from wall detached the mounting brackets, installed them on new TV and mounted it. We reatached the peripheral units in the same ports as the previous tv and then they went through the setup and made sure I knew the features of the new tv. Did far more than a basic mounting. Very impressed with the service.

The Geek Squad folks that installed my TV did an excellent job very efficient. and cleaned up everything and made sure it was working and I understood it.
