Today I was scheduled to have a new TV and soundbar installed. When I took the installers into the room and explained what I wanted to do, they told me that the TV I had bought couldn’t get Spectrum directly and I would need a Roku. That defeated my reason for the purchase, so they told me the name of the brand I needed and stopped everything until I could go down and exchange everything for a TV (same price) that had Spectrum as part of the installed options. They could have installed the TV and sound bar without saying anything and saved themselves some extra time and delay, but ended up with a frustrated customer. As it was, I went to the store and they made sure I was completely taken care of at no extra cost and set up a rush install for me! So thankful to the entire Grand Junction store….

Being an engineer, I was very skeptical of using the geek squad, but even as an engineer, there are some things I really don't want to do. For example, replace an already hung TV and get all of the surround sound cables connected as well as run new HDMI and optical cables to the new TV. I was pleasantly surprised, my Geek Squad team was very professional. In this time of COVID, they made it a point to where their face masks and keep their six-foot distance, which made my family feel very comfortable. Their professionalism didn't end there, they explain the process, got my feedback on where to mount the TVs and literally worked so quietly with a drill and all that they didn't even wake my wife who was sleeping in. I expected the work of mounting two TVs and setting up the new system would take all day and it only took 3 - 4 hours, which I think was amazing considering all they had to do. Needless to say, I have a different view of using the Geek Squad for installations, they did an amazing job and we are still happy. Wait, did I mention not having to clean up after them, they not only cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, they took the empty boxes with them. Great touch!!

The tech support agent did an excellent job. You couldn't tell the television had been mounted it looked perfect. He was fast and did not leave a mess. I wish all technicians were as good.

After a bad experience receiving a TV from a rival company that was damaged and had to be returned (still going through the return process almost two months later!), I decided to have the Geek Squad deliver and install my 75-inch TV. I was pretty sure it would get done quickly and properly, and if there was a problem, it could be addressed right away. There was no problem with the TV that showed up, and YES and YES to quickly and properly. Three guys showed up in two different vehicles - right on time. They called the night before and also as they were on their way. These guys really knew what they were doing! They positioned the TV on my wall exactly as I wanted it, took time to explain the features of the TV and the remote, set it up with my wifi and the whole 9 yards. In addition, they all wore masks and booties inside my home, they were respectful, patient, friendly and competent. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Geek Squad again, especially if it's a complicated install - like hanging a 75-inch TV on the wall and making sure it works as advertised with your wifi, cable service or whatever you have. Thank you!

The staff installed my TV quickly and expertly. They answered all my questions and even programmed my remote for easy use with the TV and also the fire stick. No problems.

Agent Minerva and Jaylen did an excellent job of installing the wall mount and setting up the TV. They were both professional and effective in completing the tasks at hand and in their interactions with me. I also very much appreciated the clear up-front communication from Minerva on their eta. and project timing. I would not hesitate in utilizing the Geek Squad in the future after this experience.

I never have anyone fix/install anything for me. NEVER!! This time for my new Samsung 85" I did. I thought it would be mainly about the weight, but that was just 10-20% of the issue I would have faced doing it myself. I overhaul engines and transmissions, I installed solar in my camper and wired my shop, but THIS TIME I chose to have the GEEKS to do it. I am still congratulating myself for the dumb luck that made me make that decision. It was the tech side that would have been my undoing. I'm still patting myself on my back.

The tv looks great on the wall. The technicians were very nice. There were a couple of scheduling difficulties. They canceled the first appointment and the second appointment had some issues as well. They cut the hole for the cable/power bridge too large, even with the supplied template. They glued/caulked a piece of the sheetrock in to fill it in. Not a real professional way to fix their error. It is behind the tv so i guess it won't be seen. But i will have to deal with it if we ever move someday.

THE DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY WAS THE BEST. EVERYTHING WIENT SMOOTHLY. THE GUYS WERE VERY FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, AND KNOWLEDGABLE.

The Geek Squad partners who mounted and set up my new 60 inch TV worked with both industry and smarts. They mounted the TV on a brick veneer wall above a fireplace mantle. I had a hanging bracket in place for the set I replaced, but because the new TV was bigger, they had to take the bracket down and re-position it. No problem for this crew! They had the right tools and the right experience to do the job efficiently and thoroughly. Furthermore, they were incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with. They had to make a follow-up visit a week later because of an issue not related to their initial installation, and even though they weren't immediately able to resolve the issue, they researched patiently for over an hour and consulted by phone with one of the product vendor's trouble-shooters to find out what I needed to do. I got the answers I needed, they didn't charge for the follow-up visit, and I got to visit with them a second time. They will always be welcome in my home, either as Geek Squad techs or as plain old social company. I'm satisfied that the $199 set-up fee was money wisely-spent.

The two Geek Squad team members that installed my tv were excellent. The had their masks, booties and name badges on. They also helped get rid of extra wires I didn’t need. It was a great experience. I didn’t have to ask them to do this or that. They saw it and they did it. I would recommend the service.

What a great team you guys have! Service crew arrived, got the TV installed and set up in no time. Gave my wife and I a tutorial on how to work remote, TV settings and managing apps. Great job!
