Geek squad techs did amazing work. 70 inch TV and sound bar and mounted tv on wall. Very clean and sleek look. No cables showing. Great customer service.

I had signed up for Premium TV mount for LG GX77 alng with moving my existing TV to a different location in the house. Best Buy assigned me third party TV installers that I agreed. I trusted Best Buy to assign someone good and knowledgeable only. The moment the installers entered home they started complaining that they are not installing extra mount for the existing TV to be moved to other location while I never asked them to do so. They assumed it and started complaining. They just had to take TV out of one mount and hang on another identical mount that was already installed on the wall and I had signed up for this service. I had bought LG GX77 that is worth its high cost only if it is mounted nicely flush to the wall and I had got the in-wall wired, large electrical box pre-installed for that and special flush mount bracket for this TV comes with the TV. They started insisting that there is no mount and I need to provide mount. After I insisted that mount must be with TV, they opened the box and found it. At this point I was nervous if they will properly mount the TV because this LG GX TV needs careful mounting steps and they didn't seem to know much about this TV. I was getting nervous. The flush mounting needs meticulous routing of all cables (HDMI, etc.), etc in the back. They didn't plan for that before they hung TV on wall and then struggled with connected cables etc. to keep it flush. They managed it but it was a shoddy job. I was constantly there and providing help by telling them what they need to do. I was nervous that if they didn't mount it in the best way, I would have bought an expensive TV for nothing. They had absolutely no back up supplies (any HDMI connectors, etc. for any contingencies (and I would have paid for any extra parts) to make sure everything gets mounted and mounted well. Thankfully I was more ready than any other average person will ever be and had purchased for all contingencies. Overall this was NOT a good, stress free experience that you would expect when you sign up for PREMIUM MOUNTING from a reputed company like Best Buy. In the end the TV did get mounted pretty decent (almost flush) so it didn't end bad but I was worried with their lack of knowledge/preparedness on this TV and their poor attitude.

The agents took my old 55in TV off the wall mount and installed the new 65in TV. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and completed the delivery with the set up of my new TV to my Dish Network Ho]er and remote.

We ordered the Geek Squad basic TV mounting service to hang a new LG 86 inch TV. Everything went very smoothly and the guys were very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

The installation was fine! They initially loaded the wrong TV at the store but caught the error immediately. Installers arrived on time, put up the wall mount and mounted the TV without issue. Only 2 stars because the installer "misinformed" me (hopefully he didn't lie!) when he upsold me on a My Best Buy Plus membership during the installation. I asked if that would extend the return window to 60 days, he said yes. He also volunteered that it would qualify me for a partial refund if Best Buy dropped the price of the TV within 60 days. He specifically mentioned July sales. The price of the set dropped $400 this week (July 15th). I contacted Best Buy. They claimed that the return window expired after 15 days (3 days ago, naturally) and that the price match wouldn't apply retroactively, anyway. You can trust Geek Squad's TV mounting know-how! But be careful with anything they say.

The GEEK Squad mounted my TV and connected all devices. Very professional and very respectful.

This wall mount is great! It has the adjustments needed to get your TV in the correct position. The Geek Squad took care of all installation.

Installers were very prompt and professional. I lost my screws, but they had some back ups to install without any issues would highly recommend. 

Every time I buy major appliances, I always go to Best Buy because of the installation, set up, and haul away service. I recently bought a 75in TV and installation was quick and the techs came on time.

The Geek Squad were punctual, very polite and wore the shoe coverings before entering my home. They unmounted a television that I no longer wanted and installed or remounted a new 65 inch Smart TV in its place. They tested the TV to make sure it was working correctly and went over the instructions with me about operating the new televison. They also cleaned up all the packaging and took that with them when they left. Thank you again for doing a fantastic job.

I was in good hands! The Geek Squad folks came as a duo during the selected timeslot and guided me through the process of how they were going to connect and mount the TV. I never did a wall mount before so this was brand new to me and they patiently explained me how they were going to do it and what decisions I had to help them make. In about 2-3 hours time, everything was set up and ready to go. They even taught me a few tricks with the TV and connected all my other devices (Apple TV, sound bar, Switch) as well. I'm so glad I called and had them do it. Saved me so much trouble and time.

The 2 ladies were professional and did a very good job at removing the old TV and mounting the new TV. They set the TV up the way we wanted and cleaned everything up before they left the house.

The contractor that installed my flat screen was very nice and professional. I had a question after installation and he quickly got back to me. Maybe it’s me but I always prefer dealing with an actual Geek squad member. The contractor was very nice however. So it’s difficult for me to rate the Geek squad when I had zero interaction.

The quality of the install was excellent and the installers arrived on time and were neat. 4 Stars because prce was substasntially higher than install offered by LG and by BJ's. Also, because sound bar moung had to go under wall moung bracket, I had geek squad install sound bar at the same time. I thought that the sound bar install should have been discounted when done with the TV but there was no such discount.

Andrew and Thomas were quick, efficient and knowledgeable in setting up the TV.

The 2 Geek Squad gentlemen performed installing and mounting the new TV's on the wall mounts with precision and professional skill. This was the same for the second unit upstairs as well.

The team delivered and installed our wall mounted tv and sound bar during the pandemic time period. They followed all safety protocols and performed their work in a professional manner. Excellent service in these trying times!
