The team was on time, pleasant and courteous. It was fairly simple install as the mounting hardware was already installed. They just put the tv up, helped me activate the Reco and other tv apps. Very helpful. I appreciated their efforts.

Great Job they came in my house and did an excellent job. Absolutely great I was impressed.

The installation was for a 85" led TV. A team of three came out and took down an old 65" and mounted the 85" in the same place. Installation was fast and was done about an hour. However, right before they left the TV developed a flaw in the panel. They had to order a new replacement and then came back out to install again. The team took care of unboxing, mounting, clean up and setup the new TV. All was done quickly and professionally.

The two technicians that came to our home were named Roy and Lance from the Destin, Florida store's Geek Squad. They removed the inoperable 65" TV along with it's precarious mounting system. They installed our new 75" television on it's superior mounting system, and secured the whole ensemble better than it was prior to their arrival. They also insured that our new television, ROKU and audio system all worked together seamlessly. Thank you Geek Squad for these two technicians.

Came on time and set up the equipment with customer instructions. Gave some tips on our sound bar and options if we didn't like it. Didn't like it and followed their advice. Cleaned up after taking boxes and even vacuumed.
