The agent mounted the tv and connected to all device very professional.

Definitely worth the money second time I have used this service. I can do the install myself but never have enough time to complete the job. They are in and out in no time and always make sure you are completely satisfied.

The Geek Squad called & reminded me & confirmed my appointment; he arrived at agreed upon time, even though Chicago had very heavy snowfall that morning & the day before! I was shoveling a pathway for the guy, upon his arrival; he took over shoveling a pathway for himself! That’s going ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty! He brought the tv inside; sat it down; & took the old tv from the wall. He then had to remove that old mounting before he could install the new mounting. He worked diligently & in a minute of time Great & sturdy mounting. He took my old tv with him! I’m crazy about the work of the Geek Squad!!!

Back on track they installed a wall mount 65in and installed a ceiling mount 65 in delivered them and installed the surround sound system also, thanks Geek squad you are still on top.

The install was not a normal one as the TV needed to be placed in a very special place, near the corner of the room. The two install guys unpacked my mounting bracket and installed it in a very short time and with perfect results.

Elijah came out to fix and hang a failed tv hang attempt from a previous GC. Elijah had no problems in hanging the tv above the fireplace, offered his expertise in repairing the previous wall damage, and was super friendly. Him and his business partner were more than knowledgeable and very professional. I’d fire Elijah again!
