It has taken me years to get my husband to agree to hang the TV above the fireplace the gentleman that came out was very professional and very fast he had it up in no time

The agents showed up on time and replaced my existing non-flex TV mount with a new flexible mount frame. Now I can flex the TV out and up/down as well as swivel for a better view.

Geek Squad did everything I expected and more when hanging and installing my new 77' OLED TV. They took their time in their work as well as fully explaining everything to me.

Agent Brian mounted my existing Best Buy 42" Sony TV on wall, The wall was TV-ready and only needed professional threading into wall and connecting. He completed the job the previous Geek Squad installer, Dre, said was impossible because he wasn't allowed to drill into an apartment wall. No drilling was required. Brian also hooked up cable box to my new 32" Samsung TV in the bedroom (not attached to wall), programmed it and explained as he went along. Agent Brian was probably the most proficient, professional and pleasant of all my installers. I am grateful for his expertise.

Technicians arrived promptly and were very polite and professional. Everything was set up perfectly. And they even cleaned up the debris. They set up my tv and showed me how to use it. Well worth the cost.

The technology who installed my tv did a whole job.

I already had a bracket on the wall but the Geek squad did an excellent job of hanging the TV. He also hooked it up to my TV cable box and explained how to access all available channels on the start up ROKU screen. Looks great!

The Geek Squad is by far the most professional, knowledgable, and customer-oriented group of technicians we have encountered. They arrived on time, promptly removed our old TV, mounted our new TV, and connected it to our existing sound system. They oriented us to the new operation, explained how it worked with our other systems, and answered all of our questions. I forgot one part of the new operating procedures, and when I called them, they talked me through it while they were en route to their next stop. Their customer service is unbeatable,
