They mounted my tv and connected my devices. They also took all boxes with them. Everything was clean when they left. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great job!

The actual installers did a great job once they got to our place, but having to re-schedule multiple times was very irritating. I was also receiving calls to set-up appointments, which I already had an appointment I set online, so was very confusing. Didn't know if the installers were going to actually show up or not. On one instance, I scheduled for earlier int eh day and they showed up after we were gone...with no calls or anything.

The installation was totally worthwhile, and the Geek squad did a great job. However, I was not told by the store that there would be an extra cost to hide all of the wires, so I had to pay a fair bit more to get this done.

The geek squad agent Nathan was amazing and was very efficient! He installed my tv quickly and was very helpful and nice! Definitely would recommend Nathan with geek squad tv installations..

The techs who installed my 75" TV did a great job. They were quick, careful and had no issue assembling the mount I'd bought elsewhere and made sure I was happy with where the TV was positioned. Not only that, they were very friendly and answered any questions I had. I'd definited recommend Best Buy's installation and mounting service when buying a TV. It wascwell worth it.

The Geek Squad set up was superb. The technician showed me a different way to route my soundbar and blu-ray player, due to the greater number of HCMI ports on this TV vs. my old, replaced one. He was extremely helpful not only with the physical set up but also the TV programming set up. Great job.

They were awesome !! Major attention to detail and made sure i was happy . There was some confusion about my ceiling speakers , they thought i was gonna for sure replace them when that was not exactly the plan .. it was only of needed / ones I had didn’t work well . The GeekSquad mounted our new 85” TV to the wall and hooked up all the necessary cables. They were very careful to get the placement exactly where we wanted it. They even disposed of the boxes for us!
