They were professional and careful, also very nice. The Geek Squad really knows how to get the job done! I was very happy they had a few accessories that I needed like cords.

However, they seemed surprised that they were to hook up the new TV to the existing components (speakers, BD player, etc). They told me they were not required to hook up the components. This made the last part awkward.

Beware
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They did a good job. The only thing is that they are not allowed to put wires in your wall so they have to charge $150 to make it safe. So that sucked but I paid in order for them to be liable
