Customers express satisfaction with the TV stand's sturdiness, ample storage, and attractive appearance, frequently citing its value for the price. However, some customers found assembly challenging and reported issues with the alignment of the doors. Many appreciated the size and design, finding it suitable for larger TVs and aesthetically pleasing. The quality of the instructions was also a point of contention for some users.

Very happy with this TV stand

Nice-looking TV stand, and matches our living room's black furniture perfectly. Good quality....it actually surprised me for a piece of assemble-at-home furniture. It's heavy, and the top is very thick. There is an adjustable metal "leg" hidden on the bottom to support weight. There were no scratches or imperfections on the finish when I removed it from the box. Has tempered glass. Assembly wasn't too bad if you take your time and follow the directions closely. Every piece fit perfectly. The only tool needed for assembly was a phillips head screw driver. The hardest part about assembly was making all 4 doors match up and close correctly. But the hinges are 3-way adjustable, so we finally got the doors aligned perfectly. Aligning the doors was the longest part of assembly. I accidentally made a couple of light scuffs on the finish during assembly, but a permanent black marker made them totally invisible. That'll be a nice way to do touch-ups in the future if necessary. After we were done with assembly, we wiped it down with a spray furniture polish and it looks perfect. Can't wait to put the new TV on it! Great price, happy with this purchase..

What I expected for the price

Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Only difficult part of assembly was adjusting the hinges on the doors so they would align properly. Took between 2 and 2.5 hour start to finish. It's not the highest quality piece of furniture but for the price it looks good and I expect it will last for some time. I am satisfied.

Most inferior product in the store. Junk

I love Best Buy and about 99% of the products. I purchased this TV stand and it is by far the worst piece of furniture. I opened the box to find the legs that were glued together were broken. The finish on the parts including the door knobs was worn off or damaged inside the box. Whom ever engineered this product ought to be fired. There were no markings on the pieces to indicate which pieces is which. The instructions are a joke. After I completed the assembl, this unit is wobbly. I know Best Buy sells quality ittms. I normally don't write reviews. This is worst product ever.

Most frustrating thing I've attempted to assemble

Between my bf and I it took well over an hour to assemble MOST of this stand and then, as I've noticed is a common problem, the doors do not match up. The directions are useless, and basically serve only to confuse you and essentially direct you to assemble this hunk of junk backwards. If it didn't mean taking it back apart and hauling it across town I would return it immediately. My fingers are hesitantly crossed that at the very least it will hold the TV and look pretty.

Bought this a few weeks ago and while it wasn't the hardest thing to put together, it certainly wasn't the easiest. Having sold office furniture for 18 years I'd like to think I know what I'm doing, but this was far more trouble than it should have been. The unit, once assembled, is very wobbly and none of the doors 100% line up or open correctly. One door needs to be replaced but I can't even get someone at BB to assist me and Pinnacle doesn't have a working website or phone number.
DON'T BOTHER BUYING THIS!

I recently purchased this stand and had it delivered. I thought it looked nice at the store yet It was defective and had broken pieces. I reordered it from another store and AGAIN it arrived with broken pieces. I went with a totally different TV stand because I couldn't take another defective product. Very cheaply made. Don't waste your time.

You might want to have it professionally installed. I did. it took two pros almost two hours to put it together. For a little more money it was worth it having them install it. My 65" Samsung and all the equipment fit perfectly. Not a scratch on it when they were done. I could not have asked for a better product for the price. Good job Best Buy.

Wife and I did a lot of shopping around before deciding to buy this item. Got it home and begand assembly....at about 80% donewe go to put the top peice on and notice that it has a half in bow in it and won't lay flat. We called the store and we're told we can't just exchange that piece....we have to take it all apart and exchange it....I now have to reload this 200lb box of wood back in the truck and take it back....we exchange it...get the 2nd one home unload that 200lb box....begin assembly and notice WOW we have to left front feet....the screw holes don't line up in order to be able to screw it in on the right side....we call the store and they say ok bring back just the feet (thank god cuz I would have been livid if I had to lug it back again).....we get to the point of putting the doors on and nothing lines up.....it takes FOREVER to get all 4 to line up....the instruction manual is USELESS....all pictures w/ no narrative which would come in handy for little things like look for the tiny pin holes on the inside panels...make sure you have those on this side vs that side.....because that's where you screw in the doors.....something so tiny is easily missed just by looking at the diagram........the product looks nice.....but I can't ever see myself recommending this to anyone.....stay away....get something w/ tempered glass shelves.

The stand went together pretty easy. My only issue is that you need to make sure that you adjust the hinges so that you get the door gaps correct.

Purchased 10/26/14.Got to steps 1-2. The wooden pegs: tried to move legs and they fell apart (no where in the instructions does it say glue the wooden pegs into the holes. Which I have done on ALL other furniture). Step 3- Went to screw in the legs and the holes were backwards. Tried different ways, but no luck. then looking over (A) piece of board, there was no screw holes to attach the door hinges mechanism to close them. the "foot" would not tighten, it would fall off. There are no written directions just photos of what goes where.
Returning it tomorrow.

This TV table is the worse purchase I've done in a long time. Once together the doors do not close properly, the top is un even. Just a frustration over all.
