not easy to put together looks very good after but it is made of very cheap material the leg broke off when I tried to move into place

Ive spent months trying to get replacement parts for the doors that came scratched or unpainted and no one can get an answer from the manufacturer (outside the country) to even confirm if they have anymore parts. They eventually said i could request a reimbursement form from them to take to Best Buy. It has been 3 weeks and still no word. Dont buy Pinnacle.

recieved broken. We wanted to replace the parts. The customer service for pinacle was horrible. They promised us the part in 8 days. When we did not recieve them in 8 days we called and they said they would mail the parts again. We waited another 8 days. Did not recieve the parts. We called back and pinacle refused to tell us any information if we would recieve the parts. Best Buy tried to refuse taking the item back.

Received my tv stand but when I opened it pieces were scuffed and the top of it had a large break on the side and several of the legs didn't line up with the holes like it was supposed to which made it unstable won't be buying any more furniture from them

This stand is horrible. I pUT it together and the leg broke. I called Pinnacle and they said they don't sell the anymore and do not have parts. Local Best Buy store gave me parts. I put a new leg on it and that one broke also. Had to use extra bracket when putting let on for 3rd time Will never buy another Pinnacle item again

The stand was damaged had to go to different store and trade parts which were also damaged. Stand was discontinued so when I began to assemble discovered base was cracked so called pinnacle and they sent more damaged parts ended up glueing original parts and having to use additional reinforcements.

The holes where you are supposed to screw everything in to were not drilled correctly, so when I put the whole thing together, the doors were all crooked and the center dips down on the bottom because there is not enough support.

Item missing pieces to hold top down securely. Item was put together on a level surface and the two glass doors do not meet in the center no matter what tinkering was done. I would not recommend this item.

The TV stand came in with a broken part, and the product company is not in service anymore. I am not able to get my replacement part and I am very dissatisfied

When sliding it into place one of the legs broke. It slopes down in the middle. I am scared that will break any moment

The product was not stable and was broken when purchased. The sales associate have me a hard time when trying to return.

Very poor product. It arrive a week after promised and it was damage. I returned it and did not reorder

Fell apart it was made of inferior materials! Had to hire a carpenter to put it together properly! Therefore we paid way more then it was worth!!!!

The unit looks nice but as soon as I got it put together and moved it the leg broke. Nice design but cheap materials

Do not buy this tv stand. None of the holes line up right the holes where the pegs go in are not deep enough so I had to drill them out to make them work. There are finger prints all over in the paint. Definitely not work $200 heck I wouldn't pay $50 for it. Yeah I could have taken it back but i live 4 hours from any best buy. I tried to email the company that made it and they never even emailed me back. Save your money.

This item was the word originally purchased but again the staff broke it when they were trying to load it so the merchandise was no good.

Never got to set it up because it was delivered in broken pieces and then discounted the next day I went to reorder it.
