Purchased a 2-pack, one works great, the other one has to be unplugged and plugged back every time I want to use it.

Purchased the two pack and for some reason one of the chargers seems finicky on recognizing when the phone is applied

Good if you want to just charge phone have to make sure is centered right not a fast charge

Bought this because I was tired of buying plug in chargers this takes a long time to charge.

Returned product with in 7 days would not perform properly with my galaxy s10+ with incipio case phone gets warm would not give me full charge everytime was close to full charge would blink saying phone not properly sitting on charger

It doesn't charge very fast. Phone falls off easily if bump table

For the price I expected a better quality. Came in a two pack which was cool but one pad charges very slow and the other sometimes doesn’t connect to my iPhone.

This device says it gives fast charges. However, my experience in using this changing pad is otherwise. It is slow in charging and is no faster than using a regular charger. It is a little more convenient.

It was okay, it charged my phone but not my daughters who has a newer model boost mobile phone. Guess we'll wait something better comes out. I returned it cause we don't need it.

I just bought it and so far I’m not excited. The YouTube review I saw showed this product charging very rapidly. Not so for the one I’ve got. I may return it.

After repeated attempts to try to charge our phones to the OtterBox and another heavy duty case we could not charge our phones. The Best Buy staff was great with return!

Don’t be cheap like me and buy this charger, yes it charges, no I don’t have any issues, but it is the slowest charger ever made... like a trickle charger

I was really excited about this product, but it was a huge disappointment! Since this was a 2-pack, my husband & I each used one and we both had the same issues... we had to readjust our phones & airpods multiple times in order for charging to start & charging would randomly stop when absolutely no movement of the device was made! This was a random purchase that just didn’t payout. We’ve already returned this product to the store & plan to buy Belkin brand.

I am use to samsung fast charge, i have a samsung 9.i. needed an extra charger in the bedroom. I thought these would be a great addition. The chargers are paper thin, when i placed the phone on it, the charger slide all around, and so did the phone.i placed it on it, to get the charge, came out in the morning, and the charge had stopped and my phone was on 42%. Needless to say, i boxed it up. And returned them and bought a samsu.g charger.

My phone slips off the charger very easily. I use a regular charger most of the time due to this. Not a great purchase.

I just purchased this this "wireless charging pad" two weeks ago, The device never worked with either my phone, my wife's phone, nor my Ipad. Since I reside in a rural town, I have not had a chance to get back to the store to turn this in, and feel really screwed that your return policy is so short! Truthfully yours, Dr. Tom Hamilton

After placing my phone to charge, it works for about 5 mins then blinks red and stops charging. I have to pick up the phone and place it down several times in order for it to work. I also have to unplug the unit several times and plug it back in to reset the unit

This pair of charger worked good with our iPhones at first but just after the return period ran out one of them shorted out and no longer works. The price was good but of it only lasts that long you would be better off saving your money until you can afford a brand name that lasts.
