I wanted something that I thought everyone could use and would enjoy. I purchased another brand for myself and my husband ended up getting this one. Well his phone is in an otter box case and the charging kept saying paused. I have the same exact phone and it said the same thing on my even with my case removed. I have tried different adapters and cables , different positions on the dock and still keeps pausing. I cannot return this thing fast enough. I will never be buying this brand again and if I could give it 0 stars I would.
