A: Although this product may and may not properly charge your device it is NOT a Qi certified product. The fact that you cannot find the product specification online only raise my suspicion that this is a shady product.

A: I have an iPad Pro 9.7 and it does not.
Q: How do you use the charger and do you have to take off phone case
A: Yes it does charge it with the case on
Q: Does it work with a Samsung J3 prime ?
A: This pad will work with most Qi enabled devices.
A: It’s not a defect. The phone must be in a precise location to charge and get solid green light. A thicker case could also interfere with charging.
Q: Does it work with Samsung s7 and IPhone 7 Plus
A: Yes it will work on both cellphones I have the iPhone and my couple has the Samsung and we’re able to use it besides charge fast

A: Yes! I just bought the Samsung S9 plus and it fast charges beautifully.
