Its good, but take a litros while until the full charge

I love the idea of not having to plug in my phone.

First of all I've ordered exactly model showed on product card, buy bestbuy sent to me different model that looks differently, and when im turned it on i found that this charger is not working. The lights are glowing but it is not charging my galaxy s8...

I was excited to use this charger on my new iPhone XS because my old iPhone 6 did not have this feature. I bought it on black Friday along with a case and popsocket only to realize once I got home that it does not work with a case on or the popsocket so I ended up returning it. I would have loved for it to work with my otter box and popsocket on but it is more important to me to have the protection rather than a cool charger for my phone. I could take my case off every time to use it but it is not work taking it off because it is not easy to get on and off since it is a once piece otter box case. It would be nice to have a disclaimer on the box saying that it doesn't work with a case or popsocket.

Didn’t like this because the light stayed on constantly and it was recommended that you unplug it between use which defeats the purpose. Returned this item!

IPhone 8 vibrates right off the charger, too slick

I was excited to get this. I bought it when I got my new phone. But I think because I had an otterbox case that it couldn't keep charging. It would say its charging when you put it on but then stopped after a few seconds. I had to return it

This product did exactly what it was supposed to, but had too short a lifespan. I have since purchased similar products from other brands - including Insignia - that still work after over a year of service.

The phone continuously slides off the charger. You must always check it to make sure its charging so it requires you to watch it closely. It slides off every few minutes. It charges at a slow pace when its on. Don't waste your money!!!

I bought 3 units for 3 GS8 phones. I plugged in the first unit and the green power light came on for one second and then turned off. I unplugged it and tried again repeatedly with the same result. I opened and tried the second unit, again with the same repeated result. I decided not to open the third unit. I returned all to my local Best Buy (because they don't offer free return shipping for defective items like other retailers) for a full refund. I will not buy this brand again.

I didn't find this any more useful than just plugging my device directly into an outlet. I found a couple of time when I was trying to use it, that it didn't charge. So now it's just lying around somewhere.

Found that device was too small and appeared cheaply made. Found Samsund wireless charger on sale for same price and found it substantially built and larger. Am happy with my decision to return Tsumi

Don't like the blue ring that pops up while charging. Gets hot so I worry about fire hazard. Make sure you use it on a solid surface. Don't put on your bed.

This was easy to set up and worked fine for 30 days. Then the light wouldn't light up anymore and the next day it started smoking and almost started a fire.....taking it back to the store today

I tried this several nights and while the device accurately indicated the phone was placed on the device properly by signaling it was charging, when I woke up, it had not charged the device. This happened on several occasions. The phone had not moved, but something broke the connection. This meant the phone was not fully charged for the day. I then bought a different product, which has worked flawlessly with the same phone.

Too overpriced and built is pretty cheap. It goes in and out of charging with the case on, and my case is pretty slim so it should have disturbed that much

Not supposed to leave this plugged in unless in use. Inconvenient. Also it doesn’t work for some phones through cases. So far it worked for only 2 out of 5. Works for mine so I’ll keep it.

I’m sure these are made for getting the best charge without a case on your phone, but I’m not taking my phone out of the case every time I need to charge my phone. If the phone was placed just perfectly (good luck getting the sweet spot every time) then it will charge, most times it will connect/ start charging for a couple seconds and loose it, then repeatedly so this over and over and ends up never even charging the phone when it does this! Very disappointed!

it worked technically. I say this when I put my phone on it the phone did charge BUT it quickly stopped charging. I don't know if it was the case or what but I returned it.

When something is on a massive discount you should know its for a reason. If you do not use a case for your phone , buy this, else pass and just buy your self a cable :-(
