Even making sure it is in the right spot, 2 minutes later it isn’t charging. I put it on the charger yesterday and after 3.5 hours, the phone was super hot and had only come up 30 percent. The green light was on the whole time. I am not pleased with the product.

Horrible charger

With or without my case, the charger did not charge my cell phones. After 2 hours, it may have increase my battery by 1%. I took this charger back in an exchange for another charger

Yes Im notifying the company with pictures of it .

Did not work on iPhone X Max

Apple Watch and iPad did not charge as well on this. I will stick to Samsung charger which works regardless if a case is on or not.
