If you have a case on your phone, forget this changer. Who wants to take case off every time you want to charge your phone? We don't; so product was promptly returned. The packaging does not warn you of this issue (or at least we didn't see anything noting this).

The charges does not always work. It is inconsistent.

This does not charge as fast as the lighting cable

I didn’t like it. My phone didn’t stay on the pad even if it was on a flat surface. Charging took forever because it didn’t stay put. And it had to be perfectly set in the middle. Returned it

Horrible Horrible wireless charger! A employee at Best Buy insisted this was the one to buy! It's a total piece of garbage! Its made super cheap and the phones slide right off. I wake up and my phone is more dead then when I placed it on charger

Bought this for my son. He said it charges slower then a regular charger. And it’s not as convenient as the product sounds. He doesn’t use it, which was a waste of money in my opinion. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

This charger charges for literally 1 minute then quits charging. At first I thought it was user error and watched YouTube videos on how to use this item. I do not suggest anyone waste their money on this product.

It stopped charging consistently within two weeks of purchase. I exchanged for a different brand. The store was great about it, but I wasn't satisfied with the product.

I was told when I purchased it along with my iPhone XS and Otterboxcase that it would charge the iPhone in the case...............It doesn't! Waste of money. Spend the extra money and buy a Samsung charger

This charger doesn’t work very well if you have an iPhone protective case installed on your phone. I returned this and bought a Mophie 10w instead.

Bought Tzumi - HyperCharge 10 Watt Wireless Charging Pad hoping it would charge my Samsung phone. Wishful thinking. It did not work. Had to return.

It took forever to charge my device. I also could not stand the light showing it was charging. I had to cover it up. My phone kept sliding off

This charger worked great for a few months, then it stopped charging any of our phones. I didn’t bother trying to exchange it to have it repaired.

Horrible. I wouldn't recommend this wireless charger to the man on the moon. Didn't charge my compatible phone at all. Terrible product

Looks nice but charger was dead on arrival. Would get an intermittent green flashing light and then it would die. Would not charge at all. Returned item for refund.

I believe the “wireless” should be dropped from the description. It’s a pad connected to a plug in! You place your phone on the pad that is plugged into an outlet.

I bought one for my brother and one also for myself. My brother said it didn’t charge fast like what it claims to be. So I returned both. I didn’t even open mine.
