I used this for the first time last night without any problems, did what it was supposed to do.

I was doubtful in the begining until I started charging my samsung g8+ Device works perfectly and really love it !! Great purchase !!!

Works well with most family member iPhones but doesn’t seem to work as consistently with the newest phones when covered with an Otter Box

My wife and I have 4 of these pads - two at home at two at our office. We are both using these with iPhone X and they work well more often than not but we are regularly plagued by our phones making the noise signaling that they are being connected to power. Since we have one on each of our nightstands, this gets very aggravating in the middle of the night when the pads just decide they want to stop pushing power to our phones and audibly signal 3 or 4 times that power has been reconnected. One particularly frustrating behavior of these pads are when they just stop charging and then we go to grab our phones and they have less charge then when they were placed on the pad even though the phone signals on-screen that the device is charging. There is very much a "sweet spot" that you need to put iPhone X on in order to have the most consistent charging experience. In many tests to identify the problem, I have found that there is a very finite area that iPhone X will charge consistently on this pad. If the phone gets shifted even a small amount, the connection will be broken. We bought these pads because they are very sleek and aesthetically pleasing but they are severely lacking in the "just works" area.

This devices looks really sleek with a low profile, but my phone won't charge. My phone slides off within a few minutes, (not vibrating, just slides). So it's just useless for charging. I watched the phone slide of without a single vibration, on a flat surface. Useless.

I love this charging pad. I put it on my nightstand..Place my phone on it charging it very quickly. Pick it up and ready to go without fumbling with attached wires.

Overall this charger does what it's supposed to do; charge. My only complaint is the ring of light that encompasses the border. The light stays illuminated green when connected to power and pulses blue when charging a device; this is rather annoying in the bedroom at night and cannot be turned off.

I purchased this brand because the samsung brand was out. I am not impressed with it, if I don't set my phone in the exact position it will not charge. I do better using the power cord, which defeats it's purpose, because that's what I was trying to get away from. I don't want to buy another one and if I hadn't thrown the box away, I would have given it away as a gift....but that would probably upset whoever I give it to. No need to upset a friendship, so I guess I'll just have to keep it.

I purchased this a week ago and I wish I never did! I was going to purchase the Belkin Boost Up Charging pad but this one was $10 cheaper and I thought it would work great after reading some reviews. I have used this a couple of times and noticed it was not charging. I wiggled the plug attached to the charging pad and the power would come on and off. The plug is not very secure in the back and has to be perfectly straight for it to charge. If it is bumped or moved it will not charge my phone. Also, while the phone is charging at night, there is a blue LED ring that slowly flashes and is very bright. I will be returning this today, you have been warned!

As if the glowing lights weren't enough and I had just gotten used to them and the charger itself stopped glowing or working within 2 months of purchase. Stay away from it if you can, buy something more reliable from a trusted brand like Samsung or Apple (if they release theirs)

Buy this if you want a constant, bright, annoying nightlight. It keeps my wife and I awake because of the distraction. Additionally, you have to put your phone directly centered in order to "charge"

I bought the new iphone 8 plus. When I opened everyone it looked good, however placing the phone at night I noticed it moving. Readjusted and when I woke mid-night I found my phone on the floor. The phone (no case) vibes off the platform. I am returning it.
