Good charger for Iphone XR

It is not completely flat, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I have to be careful when laying the phone on it, or it slides off.

Not what I expected

Even taking off the case didn’t help. It would show the charging pad was fully charged but still nothing. I thought maybe I received a defected one but was unable to order another because there was no more in stock.
