I purchased hoping to replace a stolen Mophie product but much to my disappointment this product was nowhere close to the Mophie product in effectiveness.

First of all it takes forever to charge it self and take forever to charge my iphone. I am not sure if this is one of the best product out there.

In the short while before the power switch failed, the device provided a quick charge reliably. Unfortunately, the cheap plastic switch assembly either does not fit well or was not correctly installed in the unit I purchased. I used it about a dozen or a so times in a 3-4 day period. Then the switch slid under the housing and was irretrievable. Very disappointing.

Returned this to get a different one, thank goodness I got the warranty, completely stopped charging any device after about 35 days!

So I bought this. Needing cuz attending Mayo Clinic for multiple test and my schedule and preps were on app on phone. So I needed my phone to not lose charge. Well after using a couple times the button stuck and became unusable I live in a area without bestbuy so very disappointed that couldnt take it back. I thought I was getting best one according to salesmen. He was incorrect

thing does fast and is hard to get to turn off, does after 2 hours of use

Works great at first no problems, over time does not fully charge. In process of exchanging

I thought I could use this to charge anything. Nope no smart watches or wireless headphones.

Wasn’t a fan of this. Didn’t really charge the plus phones well... had to recharge it too much!

Works fine as a b/u to keep nearby in car or bag, but not something you would pocket.

Took the whole night and the next following day to get a full charge.

I purchased this and within the first 2 days the button got jammed. It was not charging my phone even though it said it was precharged. I then tried after charging it & got slow minimal results. I exhanged it but 2nd unit button also got stuck so I guess its a defect.

Died after 30 days BATTERY will not recharge, just one LED bar out of four lid, not usable!!! Can’t return to Bestbuy ... now it’s just the WORST BUY Garbage product sold to customer, sad

This charger charges very slow . Not happy with product.

Purchased PocketJuice less than a month ago and used it once. It has now stopped working and will not charge my devices.

I asked in store associate if this could and would charge a Nintendo switch console they told me yes and it actually isn't strong enough pretty disappointed

EACH PORTABLE CHARGER WORKED FOR A VERY SHORT WHILE,THEN STOPPED HOLDING CHARGE PAST TWO BARS. I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT COMPANY

I purchased this for my boyfriend who travels extensively for his job and frequently doesn’t have access to charge his phone. The device has never really worked. After initially charging the device and attempting to charge his phone or tablet, the device will not come on and has never charged any device attempted. Very disappointed.

I purchased while on vacation and the first time that I used it, it worked great. When I returned home, I put it on the charger, and later that day took it with me. When my phone battery began to go dead I plugged it into the PocketJuice and it charged for a few minutes and then went totally out. Must have gotten a bad one. I returned it.
