Q: If the pocket juice is totally drained how long to get a full charge back
A: It depends on the cable you are charging the battery pack with. If you used the cable provided it takes right around 7-8 hours. If you use a fast charger cable from say LG or Samsung it usually is fully charged between 5-7 hours depending on the amps of the particular charger. If you just plug a charger cable into a usb port on a computer and try to charge it that way, I am unsure of how long it takes. I had mine hooked up to the computer and after 12 hours I was only 3/4 of the way charged. Hope that helps.
A: You press the power button twice to turn it off.
Q: Is this powerjuice 15000 able to be transported on a plane?
A: Yes it is. I travel with mine regularly.I fly atleast once a week and this is always in my bag.
A: You can use any normal USB charging cord. I used a different one specific to my phone and it worked great.
A: Unfortunately the voltage output is too low for a laptop, there are just a few available that have that capability...
Q: My powerbank has taken almost 24h to charge via AC. It only charged my phone once and died.
A: I’m sorry to hear your experience with the Pocketjuice powerbank. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with mine. I charge it every 2-4 days while I sleep at night. I use it at least 4hrs a day if not more and it has never disappointed me once. I think I bought either the 32 or 64 GBC. That might be one thing you may want to check. Also when you plug the cord from the powerbank into your phone you have to press the button on the side that says pocketjuice in order for it to work. Hope this helps. Patti
A: No you don’t, But it is recommend that every now and then you let it go all the way down till it dies, that is the best way for it to last longer
