“How do you cut this thing off? Pressing the power button does not seem to do it, nor does holding the button. Once I unplug my phone it eventually cuts off. Is this correct?”

You press the power button twice to turn it off.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I only use the power button to get it out of sleep mode. Just leave it and it shuts down after a short time. I was worried about that too at the beginning and saw that it was shutting itself off, or putting itself in timeout mode. Good luck. Jimmy
