I’m sorry to hear your experience with the Pocketjuice powerbank. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with mine. I charge it every 2-4 days while I sleep at night. I use it at least 4hrs a day if not more and it has never disappointed me once. I think I bought either the 32 or 64 GBC. That might be one thing you may want to check. Also when you plug the cord from the powerbank into your phone you have to press the button on the side that says pocketjuice in order for it to work. Hope this helps. Patti
