Breaks Easily, Google It
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off I emailed Tzumi about replacing the product and they were ZERO help. Terrible customer service. I even made sure to ask the best buy associate which product they recommended and I went with the most expensive and highly recommended option. I had to exchange it once at the Best Buy in Union Square and now its my second Pocket Juice and it broke again. I took it back to the Best Buy and they would not help because I did not have the original receipt. Now I also must say I am a Best Buy Card Member and I am very disappointed in the way this was handled.

Good charger

To charge the brick take a while, left it for a night about 6-8hrs or so approximately later still not fully charged. But still preformed and charged my other devices for the day so.

Poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I can give zero stars I would. Lesson learned hard way. I bought this product before my trip to Europe. When I come back after 3 weeks Best Buy didn't accept my return, of course. I was never able to charge this charger for more than 1 blue bar instead of 4. I can leave it charging for days. After 24 hours it was able to charge 8 -12% my iPhone before the charger died. It basically ruined my vacation.
