Portable Battery Pack

When I got it the package looked like it had been possibly been opened. I couldn’t even get the battery pack to charge and it took forever to charge my phone on rapid charge. Returned to the store to exchange and all the packages looked like they had been opened. I was very disappointing especially due to the cost.

Didn't work for me

I realized that I didn't receive the correct item

I picked it up the day before I left the country and was excited to use it while I was on the road. Middle of the week I realized I didn't receive what I purchased. At least mine does not look anything like the one on the pictures. Hopefully I can either exchange or get my money back.
