Q: Can you put this in your carry-on bag on a plane?

A: The FAA has established a limit of 2 Lithium Polymer batteries in carry on baggage with a maximum of 100 watt-hours per battery. The capacity of the Tzumi Pocket Juice 20,000 by my calculations comes to approximately 18.5 watt-hours, and therefore would be permissible. Thanks & Good Luck!!

Q: How many watt hours. I need the information for international travel

A: 20000 mAh at 3.6v is 72wh this is under the carryon limit.

Q: Can I charge the Pocket Juice 20000 using the USB port and if so which one, the Red or the Black???????

A: With the port type C from the plug to the portable charger, the USB port RED is to charge your cell phone on fast charge mode, the black one is for general.

Q: My tzumi seems to be only reaching 99 percent and never reaches 100 percent I always unplug it at 99 percent because it stays at 99 percent forever is it suppose to reach 100 percent ?

A: I've had this for a few years now. I don't think I've ever seen it at 100%, but that doesn't bother me. You can still charge your phone to a full 100% multiple times!

Q: is this power bank to heavy to carry around

A: Probably a little too much to carry around in your pocket. But just fine in your bag. You could take this instead of your chargers for an overnight and charge multiple items easily.

Q: Will your portable charger battery life be good if you charge your phone to 100%?

A: Yes, it will it has enough juice to charge your phone to 100% up to 7-10 times after first initial 100% charge. For best results use your Tzumi all the way down to 0% then charge Tzumi for 15hrs. To charge back up to 100% for best results.

Q: Is there a case available for this Tzumi PocketJuice 20,000 mAh portable charger?

A: I was looking for one as well... But haven't found anything. I had to find an old felt jewelry bag.

Q: Every 4 - 6 months I have a power outage in my home that can last for days. I need the charger just for these occasions. Is it best to charge it to 100%, unplug it and set it aside or leave it plugged into the wall until I need it. Thanks.

A: I think it would be fine to unplug it. I use mine when I am on a trip. Once I charge it, it stays in my purse. I have never seen the charge go down any except when I charge my devices.
