Perfect
||Posted .So I was very specific when I went to get a new power bank after having my last one stolen out of my vehicle. I wanted something that would charge my 13" hp envy x360, my note 9, and my school equip (calc, voice recorder, ect) all on 1 charge. Plus, I wanted it to be quick charging as well. Picky right?!? Anyways, I'm happy to say that this bank is not only keeping up with me, but I'm finding it goes quite a bit farther than the same size, but different brand, that had been stolen. Yeah, I had to replace a perfectly good one, but I would say that it worked out in my favor when you look at how much better this power bank is. Trust me, this ones worth a look.

Massive Capacity!
||Posted .Owned for 1 year when reviewed.Great Battery for charging multiple devices such as iPads or iPhones. Great for me because of the USB-C port to directly charge my iPad Pro and the Power Delivery 3.0 USB port is great for charging my iPhone. Can probably charge a iPhone XS Max 2-3 times fully. It also has a nice clear led display that reads out the percentages. Highly recommended for the price. It did develop a small whining sound when charging and I was out of warranty, but Customer Service at Tzumi was top notch and they replaced it for me as a courtesy. Overall, a great everyday carry and it’s always in my backpack for College.

He charges by a type c which is good cuz now I don't need to use all micro USB and type c all in different arrays since my phone is a Galaxy s8 plus it holds a good charge digital displays nice to see how much battery life is left

Dead or Alive. . .
||Posted .Well, well, well. . . This Tzumi pocketjuice is perfect for me because I am a Pokemon Hunter! I’m not saying that my phone sucks. I guess you can say that I am always on my phone for 3 BIG reasons. 1) Play Pokemon Go 2) Check messenger to see where other Pokémon Go people are at to do Raids 3) if I’m not working or playing Pokémon then I’m watching Hulu or Amazon Movie So if I didn’t have this great battery charger that lasts forever and keeps me going. You’d probably would have seen me next to a wall waiting to be recharged. But now with this, I don’t have to stop, don’t have to wait against a wall, don’t have to miss out on great Pokémon events. This product is worth it and it does work longer, than me! get it, you won’t regret it.

Power packed!
||Posted .Once this device is fully charged (100 on LCD), it has enough juice to recharge two different size tablets twice (each) and two different cellphones (one Apple/one LG, simultaneously) two times each. There was also still enough power to continue since it had more than 20% left according to LCD. The power supply will vary from device to device, but I've had no issues with mine. I even tested the charge on my MacBook Pro (newest model) and, sure enough, it's compatible since the Tzumi PocketJuice 20,000 mAh also comes with a usb type-c. Unfortunately, I can't say how long it would take to charge my laptop, or if it's capable of an entire charge, because I haven't needed it.

portable battery backup
||Posted .I recently traveled to Bermuda with my Tzumi pocket juice for my Iphone and Ipad, and I'm so glad I brought it with me. I charged it at home and it kept both my phone and Ipad fully "juiced up" for the time I was there. I was in some pretty remote areas and it wasn't always easy to just "plug in". This worked beautifully and I didn't have to charge it again until I returned home, especially after recharging two devices at once.

Q: QuestionCan you put this in your carry-on bag on a plane?
Asked by Traveler.
- A:Answer The FAA has established a limit of 2 Lithium Polymer batteries in carry on baggage with a maximum of 100 watt-hours per battery. The capacity of the Tzumi Pocket Juice 20,000 by my calculations comes to approximately 18.5 watt-hours, and therefore would be permissible. Thanks & Good Luck!!

Q: QuestionDo you have to fully drain the Tzumi - PocketJuice 20,000 mAh Portable Charger before you can recharge it? Also how long does it take to recharge the Tzumi?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The Pocket Juice 20,000 can be recharged at any level of its charge. However, you cannot charge it while simultaneously using it to charge another device. Depending on the level of discharge and the charger being used, it can take up 15 hours to bring it back to a full charge. I personally use a 36 watt PD charger will typically bring the Pocket Juice from 50% to full charge in less than 8 hours. Thanks & Good Luck!

Q: QuestionWill your portable charger battery life be good if you charge your phone to 100%?
Asked by Camron.
- A:Answer Yes, it will it has enough juice to charge your phone to 100% up to 7-10 times after first initial 100% charge. For best results use your Tzumi all the way down to 0% then charge Tzumi for 15hrs. To charge back up to 100% for best results.

Q: QuestionEvery 4 - 6 months I have a power outage in my home that can last for days. I need the charger just for these occasions. Is it best to charge it to 100%, unplug it and set it aside or leave it plugged into the wall until I need it. Thanks.
Asked by Paul.
- A:Answer I think it would be fine to unplug it. I use mine when I am on a trip. Once I charge it, it stays in my purse. I have never seen the charge go down any except when I charge my devices.
