Its dont work..i tired of i dont know whts wrong with it.

Bought this device charger to use on a trip it kept turning off before my phone was charged. It became so frustrating I quit using it. Haven't had time to take it back to Best buy to see if there is something wrong with it or if it is just a poor product.

I bought two and I had to return them both. Item charged my phone but I couldn’t charge the pocketjuice itself. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately the charging speed was slooooooowwwww. And not only did the device overheat it overheated my phone also. I returned it the same day. Would not recommend.

Total junk!!!! Do not buy this battery bank it's a terrible product. Not worth the money.

won't charge anymore it only worked the first time it was charged then we stored it and now it won't recharge

Bought didn't work and took it back for a replacement. I had the same issue with the replacement.

Charged items. Would not recharge. Kept blowing fuses. Uses an output as the input to charge.

Dosen't charge as it should, the percentage displayed is not accurate

This was not a good charger ...it would not fully charge and took forever to charge just half way ...

this is supposed to be an ultra battery it will barely charge my phone one time. it's pathetic

Was working great at first and when I went to go charge it, nothing. Piece of garbage.

Avoid this one. Super slow charging and absolutely ridiculous price !

Recieved this as a Christmas gift 4 months ago and absolutely love it! I spend a lot of time on my front porch either messing around on my phone or reading on my kindle and this charger makes it so I can charge either device, continuing whatever it is I'm doing, without having to go inside. I can also use it 10+ times before needing to recharge it. The only drawbacks, for me personally, are 1) that it does take about a half a day to recharge. Though considering how big it is/long it lasts, it's understandable. And 2) the cord used to charge it is unique, making it the only one that works and is also very short. But, overall, I do truly love it and thank my nephew for giving it to me every time I see him.

I bought it for about 4 years when I was charging the Samsung note 8 battery. Now I bought the Samsung S22 ultra and the charger is still working. I wish Best Buy had the same product better than buying Anchor

Bought this 3 yrs ago. I use it alor because im always traveling. Have tried others but none are as good. I can still charge my phone airpods & other items multiple times with one full charge.

Had this device for years now and performs as new. Very great product.

Not worth the money. I only used it a handful of times before it began swelling when I was out of town. Had to dispose of it before it became any more dangerous.

I didn't get the item as it appears on the site. When I opened it, I saw it had 4 ports, with two inputs. The lightning port does not work, the only way to charge the device is through the USB-C port, and the USB-C cord they gave is a C to C. I am not super pleased with this device.

I bought this on the recommendation of a Best Buy employee. I used it to charge work instruments in a remote field setting and it did great. However, I've been trying to recharge it for a day now and the charge never increases. I tried contacting the company Tzumi to make a complaint and they don't have any way to contact them, not even a website. I recommend avoiding this item and the Tzumi brand completely.
