bought 2 of these based on advise from employee and half way through the trip they both stopped charging and 1 on the even stopped taking a charge. i wouldn't recommend this product.

It will charge my android phone from 0 - full charge in about 5-6 hrs. Provided you are not using your phone while charging. Need more m.amps for quicker charging, maybe12,000m, or more.

The battery pack is awesome. My only issue with the product is that the mini charging cable frayed and stop working properly only after two days of use while I was traveling.

Still not sure about it. I use it every other day but seems the battery life is not what I thought. Might have to return for something that lasts longer.

Bought this item to use on a trip, but quickly found out that is was an inconvenience. carrying this item is like carrying another cellphone but heaver.

Takes up to 6 hours to charge from a 2.1 amp charger, which seems longer than necessary. Only charged phone twice and was fully drained of power.

Wish I would've reviewed others online first. This one works, but it's on/off button is confusing. Probably could've gotten a better one for a cheaper price online.

The first one stopped working after only about a month. I've since had it replaced but I'm waiting to see how long it lasts.

Dosent charge quick ans the short charging card keeps having a shortage in it. I had to exchange it out already.

The product does not live up to the promises made by Best Buy, unfortunately. One and a half full phone charges completely drained the power from the unit, wherein the lithium-ion battery had to be recharged. The Best Buy sales person assured me that the battery was good for about 5 full charges of my Samsung phone. Quite the disparity here. After more research, I will determine whether or not to shop for another product and return the reviewed product.

It worked once and now it won't charge any more. I was hoping it would work. I got the warranty on it. I am going to see if they can fix it.

Does not charge full capacity. The battery have 4 lights to show you when the charge is full, but only lights up 3 lights.

There is nothing special about this product. It's a cheap run of the mill extra battery. My mophie is so much better

Over time looses the ability to charge as fast, and hold a extended charge. Purchase warrantty if available.

I like the fact I can charge my phone on the go if my battery dies, but it only gives 1 full charge and takes forever to recharge it.

While it is incident to have toys charger it would be nice if I could charged my phone more than 1 time.

Seems to work fine but, does not hold a charge very long if you do not use it right away. Need to check the charge often.

Worked fine for a few weeks then the charge didn’t last as long and now it doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t get used a lot, very disappointed in this product. I always buy the geek squad protection but must have not thought about it that day. Pretty sure my first ever negative review on a Best Buy purchase.

I purchased this product because I had another one in which I lost in the airport so I ended up going back to Best Buy to buy the same charger that I had last time since previous one worked so perfectly before. After over two weeks of using the device I noticed that the device itself wouldn’t hold a charge nor would even charge my iphone 7 at all. I tried emailing the manufacturer twice and no one ever responded to my request. Poor device and even more poor customer service. Now I’m currently using the device as a paper weight since it won’t charge my phone any longer.

i purchased this for $10 using my Reward zone money. It dies quickly. Works great as soon as you unplug it from the wall.
