Power button is too easy to hit accidentally, so its dead half the times I pick it up to use it. And the cable that came with it broke

Charges too slowly

At best, it will just make the phone battery drain slower than usual. I would probably pick a different charging bank next time.

If I don't need the charge, I will walk around and charge people a dollar for a fill up/top off. You'd be surprised how many people will fork over the cash when they need a few more minutes to catch that Dratini. The dual USB ports means twice the charge, twice the cha-ching! Good for the price!

Didn't really work

However, it was only lit up to 25% when I first turned it on. I tried to fully charge it and it never lit up beyond 25% even though I left it plugged into my computer overnight via the USB cable. It does not come with an actual regular plug for a wall outlet but after trying on my computer and not having it charge, I also tried plugging the USB cable into one of my outlet chargers to see if that would work. It didn't. I returned the item.
