I don't know if I am doing something wrong but this does not charge my phone. All it does is keep the phone powered on but it's not recharging the phone

I have bought 2 Tzumi chargers before this one and they worked great. Unfortunately, this one only works if you never move. When it is plugged into the phone and you happen to pick up your phone or even move the charger the slightest, it will turn off. I am very upset that this happened because again I had 2 others and loved them. Hope you won’t have the same issues because these chargers can get expensive buying over again.

We bought 2 of these chargers based on an employee's recommendation for our trip! Both failed within 1 day of each other and both say fully charged! When trying to charge the phones which was an iPhone 7 and a Galaxy S7 edge, it never would charge. The Samsung phone reported it would take 7 hours to fully charge the phone but before a half hour was up the battery charger died. So I would recommend not buying this item!!

I purchased this charger last summer. It worked great a first but only lasted a few months. Total waste of money.

Charger on good for 1 charge for cell phone. Not very impressed. I have spent less and received better usage from cheaper chargers.

Does not hold a charge for longer than a week, disappointing to say the least.

At times it doe snot work. Not sure whether the problem is with the cable or the product itself.

Was great while it was functioning. Had it for about a month and it will no longer hold a charge.

It still comes in handy when needed and you get it to charge so well worth the money spent vs time

May have purchased a lemon. It quit working after 1 day.

Very disappointed but $20 charger lasted 2 yrs this product lasted 4 months

When I bought this it was only 50% charged so I plugged it in and let it charge for the rest of the day. It was then only 75% charged so I left it overnight and it never charged to 100% so I returned it. I bought another one and it did the same thing. Do these things really work? Or did I just happen to get 2 defective ones?

The box mentioned quick charge chips, but it doesn't support quick charge.

This device turned out to the wrong one. I needed a charger for Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. This phone needs a "C" type USB connection and the item I initially purchased was inappropriate for my phone. It was also unclear on the package that it wouldn't work with my phone.

This Product will keep my Moto pure x v2 charged to 100% for 12 hours. This was all I wanted in a portable charger. The drawback is the Endurance 8000 only charges to 50% if you use a charger with 2.1A capacity. For some reason My Moto turbo charger (Model: SSW-2680US) is able to charge the Endurance 8000 to 100% charged. I find this very strange, because the SSW-2680US charger only has a 1.6 Amp capacity.

I purchased this because I needed a portable charger for my phone. It was fine at first but now it doesn't charge at all. No matter how long or how little I charge it, it no longer holds a charge. Waste of money

Brought the charger to charge my son’s tablet on the road. It takes a long time to charge the charger and it take a long take for the charger to charge your device. Not worth it.
