After about 7 months, it quit charging. I have a smaller Pocket Juice with the same charging cable, so I tried it. Still wouldn’t charge. The smaller Pocket Juice charged fine with either cord. I tried a number of different USB ports and chargers. It will not charge. It had a half charge still on it, so I decided to plug it into my phone and completely deplete it and try to charge it. It still won’t charge. It worked great, when it worked. Now it’s worthless. For the heck of it, I took it back to BestBuy. Naturally, they washed their hands of it. I don’t blame BB. Only thing I can do is spend the money to send it back to the manufacturer. Or buy another. I’ll buy another. Another brand. $30 is too much to spend for something that works only a few months. I’ll try my luck with a different brand.

Great power. Charges quickly and last a long time.

Went from the Afterglow A9s to these beasts and I can say that I'm very glad with the purchase I made. Very high quality sound and comfortable as well.

I would give this product two starts because it does half of what it is supposed too. The problem is, it can only charge half the time because the charge cord doesn't work properly. No other issues charging any other phones in household with any other cords. If you move just slightly, it will stop charging and constantly 'dings'. I contacted company because I have only had the product a very short time and website states it has a one year warranty. It has been well over a week and have received no correspondence except initial e-mail they would reply back within 3 business days. Product was recommended by Best Buy employee.

I really liked the charger initially. It charged quickly and did what I needed it to do. However, before I had it 6 months, it was dead and would not charge my phone. I gave it the one star for effectiveness but you don't get your moneys worth.

I purchased this on July 13,2016 and after just 3 months it will not hold a charge. It was great before it quit holding a charge hopefully I can get it fixed or replace, it does have a 2 year warranty, just have to figure out where I need to go to get this warranty taken care of?

The worse product I have ever seen in BestBuy. It worked only once in plane and when I reached my desination, no way to turn it on. Try to link to power and it shows it is charging but it never charded even after 36 hours. And no way to turn on. Better to pay more and buy something good. This is only rip off and waste of time.
