No problems as of yet, it’s working as promised, and it’s a great way to charge your phone when you are away from a physical connection.

Given the preponderance and Apple products out there, the small USB couplet on the cable should be made to match Apple products such as the iPhone, or at a minimum they should include two couplets, one for Androids and one for Apple, Also, a plug would be helpful. I bought it for a trip where I didn’t plan to take my laptop ... hence why I wanted additional power for my iPad ... but the product didn’t have any way of being plugged into a wall outlet for charging. And of course iPads don’t get plugged into the wall. More and more products are being sold without the plugs ... obviously to cut costs (and increase profits.). If this continues no one will be giving a plug with their device and we’ll be buying them separately. Please just give us a plug for all the money we spend on these things.

Purchased this for certain events where I would’ve have a wall outlet to charge my phone. Works great and does the job. I can get up to 2.5 full charges on my iPhone XS. The charge comes with two USB ports so you can charge two phones at once. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that will get you through the day!

Light weight compared to some portable batteries. Good enough for almost two full charges of iPhone before it needs to be recharged.

We took this charger to Disneyland and used it to charge 2 phones at the same time and it was able to rapidly charge both Galaxy S8's during our dinner break. It was able to increase both phones by 50% in about 30 min time and still had lots of power to keep charging, would definitely recommend for anyone on the go.

We have had a few chargers and they never held a charge for long. My daughter has only had this one for a week, but she reports that it has been working very well. It was more expensive than what we have paid before, but it is worth the extra money if it continues to perform.

I guess that the next generation of power packs are going the wireless way? This was on sale for over $12 off, so I couldn't resist. It came in perfectly for a trip out to the west coast a few weeks ago. Trips across town in LA meant lots of battery usage with my cell phone. This pocket charger charged up my Samsung quickly!

It charged a phone fairly well however didn't charge a tablet as fast as I liked. Perhaps need a bigger version for a tablet. Overall a decent charger at a reasonable price.

I was on the road when my mophie quit on my iPhone. I needed a replacement fast & needed more capacity. This product came highly recommend from the Best Buy tech who showed me his. So I tried it and OMG... It came 80% charged and I was able to fully charge my phone twice & my iPad & I still had 50% charge. When I plugged it in to recharge it, I was amazed how fast it recharged. This is the best!!!

I have had this one for about eight months and it has worked great, much better than one that was rated 10,000 mAh from another company which failed to charge my tablet once. This one will recharge my tablet from when it is about to shut down to 100% plus charge my iPhone 7 Plus to 100% and still have juice left.

This is a must have item, it will charge your phone or tablet very fast up to 5 times before needing to get recharged its self, it's great for outdoors where you cannot plug in your phone and also in a vehicle, this item is worth the cost and will pay for its self with in a month ,very handy item.
