Not ideal for turbo charge

Prematurely and drop quickly if your phone uses a c type cord or lightning charger this is not the best

Won’t charge

Received a replacement from Best Buy. 2nd one fully charged the first time. 2nd attempt at charging within in seconds of being plugged in a horrendous electrical smell emitted from the charging port and it got extremely hot. Power bank was not warm at all when I went to charge it. It was dead. I wanted to charge it for the next day to use. Now o have to return another one. I need a power bank for doing deliveries. Not happy. This is expensive.

Poor quality

That one lasted okay but not long. This one, though, barely held a charge. I charged it all the way to its fullest and after charging my phone (not from dead) once it was already below half charge. I returned it. Save yourself some time and spend a little extra to get a different brand.

Garbage product

Emailed the company , spent money to return . Ok. Got a brand new product . Great ! only 1 problem: it barely works . I charged it , saw a very low number . Then a high number of 99% charged. Great. But it does not charge the phone. Email customer service and explained .No answer ! Wasted $ 85 on this crappy charger. In the meantime , I bought a cheaper portable charger from a different company and so far it works like a charm .
