A: It works really great I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max and I not only use it to charge my phone but to keep it powered when I use it as a camera for extended periods of time I also use this charging brick to power my Sony a 6400 during long shoots. Yes it does not come with the iPhone connector but you should have one that came with your phone I have tons laying around they probably don’t include it because Apple really insists on you using their own charging cables for the best possible charge. If you’re on the fence about it I’d say pull the trigger and get it I love this charging brick

Q: How long does it take to charge
A: First charge takes a couple hours After that it charges fairly quickly. 20,000 mah is the way to go

A: I have the same challenge I think we have gotten ripped off by NANO Juice
A: I have one. After a full charge, it will stay fully charged if unused for weeks at least. I've never really let it sit longer than that without using it so it might last even longer.
A: The devise has a on/off button.
Q: Is it dual voltage or does it require a converter to be charged at 220 v?
A: I charge it on my computer or in an outlet, with a usb cable. It will charge two bike lights lights at a time, which makes it very convenient for me.. However, it will only charge the four lights once, as they require a lot of juice. My daughter says it will charge her cell phone about 10 times.( I would like to have 2 of them!!) ~
