I bought this to use in my work truck that is loud and has no radio(am/fm) in it. I download podcasts onto my iPhone and listen to them as well as music on this speaker and I am VERY surprised at the sound quality. Not BOSE quality but very nice none the less for a single speaker. I could easily see using two of these together. The app is pretty straightforward as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I got the UE Roll for my best friend's daughter for Christmas. She loves it from what I was told (the daughter is a teenager) . I was glad she enjoyed her Christmas gift

to me...better than beats by Dre. Better in price, quality and sound. That's just my opinion.

For $100 or a little bit more you can get a lot better sounding speaker than the UE roll. One with better bass response and more music controls(play/pause, track forward/reverse). Water proofing was important because I was looking for a shower speaker but this one sounds just like the hundreds out there for $20 or less.

This speaker was excellent. Found it on the Deal of the Day for a great price. Nice clear sound that I didn't expect to come from this speaker. I highly recommend this speaker for all ages.

Awesome sound from such a small speaker. Love that you can attach it to so many different places. Unfortunately the connectivity through Bluetooth is spotty at best. Hopefully I can get this fixed because I really like the speaker.

The speaker paired up with the phone without any issues (Android). The volume was louder than expected at max, but what I was looking for.

The UE Roll works great! Take it camping, kayaking, and to the beach and it always works well.

This speaker does not work as a speaker phone. If you want to play music it is great however as soon a as a call comes in it turns to a paper weight.

I bought this as a gift for my mom who isn't technically inclined. It's easy enough for her to use and can be controlled directly from the app.

Not digging my ue-roll ,sounds okay but after every song you have to keep pressing the volume up button or it will play dimly.

Actually, I like this device, but it was purchased to work with a UE MegaBoom, which it did until the latest firmware update. Logitech decided to pull the rug out from under all the "mixed speaker" users. This device no longer works with the UE MegaBoom. As for the Boom, buyer beware. Logitech can ruin your day with the next software release. I just spent a hour with their tech support. Conclusion: "Tough, you can't roll the update back and we're not changing it." Don't you hate it when a respected company leaves you out in the cold with an update and doesn't care.
