    I purchased one before from AT&T when they carried it. I don't think it's Best Buy's fault, but the item sounded better before. It still sounds well but nothing like the one I purchased from AT&T. AGAIN, I don't think it's Best Buy's fault. Now, BEST BUY knows the value of a customer and I am very impressed with their customer service. 5-starts to BEST BUY.
